The day after.

The day after my birthday..

My 23rd birthday.

Never thought I would come this far. Hehehe..
(After all, didn’t SOME people say that I would die young? Pfffft.)

I spent the weekend with my family, eating out, window shopping together.

And my family was sweet enough to let me spend my birthday with the Mr.

A heavy-metal version of the Birthday song, which he gleefully played to me via his handphone..
A funny conversation about people trying to get in the way of our relationship..
The usual walk home from Causeway Point back to our area in Marsiling..
And yes, our new baby dwarf pudding hamster!

That sounds cute to me already. =P

My previous hamster died after a year and 9 months, and he was of the same breed.
(Yup, they’re both male!)

I told the Mr time and again that if I saw one of a similar breed, I’d immediately buy him!
Hence, my birthday present of a little furball. =D

Anyway,
on a serious note.

This new blog.
This new URL.

I had no choice but to setup a new one.
Away from the prying eyes of the public.

As well as the Mr.

You people are probably the very few whom I think, should know of my URL because I enjoy reading/knowing about your lives, that I think it’s only fair I share my moments with you too!

He wants his privacy; I can totally understand that.
He does not see eye to eye with me regarding the need as to why we have to jot every single memory/event down online, for all and sundry.

I agree that memories are best kept in the heart and mind.
But don’t we all need a little help?
And occasionally an opinion or two so that we may open our minds towards constructive/destructive criticism for us to ponder upon?

I had a blog, from 2002-2004.
And then another, from 2006 – 2008 which I recently closed.
And another, in a totally different context, somewhat the closet in me.

And now, I want to merge all of these, into one.
Jotting my thoughts and memories down here.
Yet maintain my privacy.

It can be done.
With a little help of course.

I’d appreciate it if you guys/girls don’t go around posting up my link.
